  4.         This command displays statistics for all attached packet driver
  5.         interfaces.  If a driver supports the GET_STATISTICS command,
  6.         more detailed status will be shown.

  8.         Failed RX upcalls:  number of times no buffer space was available
  9.                             to process an interrupt from the pkt driver.
  10.  
  11.         Failed TX requests: number of times the pkt driver refused to
  12.                             accept a packet to be sent.
  13.  
  14.         All other categories displayed were provided by the packet driver.
